Connect with Gemini

Requirements

• Google Gemini with MCP support enabled
• A Knowatoa account

Setup

1. Open Gemini and go to Settings > Extensions or Connected tools.
2. Select Add MCP server.
3. Enter the server URL:

https://app.knowatoa.com/mcp

1. Gemini will open your browser so you can sign in to Knowatoa. After signing in, you’re connected.

Usage

Once connected, ask Gemini about your AI search data:

• “How visible is my brand in AI search results?”
• “Show me which AI services cite my website”
• “Compare my visibility against my competitors”
• “Add a new question to track for my site”

Troubleshooting

Browser login doesn’t complete Check that you’re signing in with the same email address associated with your Knowatoa account.

Token expired Tokens last 2 hours. If Gemini reports an authentication error, it will automatically prompt you to sign in again.

MCP not available MCP support in Gemini may be limited to certain plans or regions. Check Google’s documentation for the latest availability.
