Current plans refresh daily. Older paid plans refresh weekly.

Because these models evolve gradually and not in real time, a daily refresh on current plans keeps the trend current without treating every answer as a live feed. Older paid plans still refresh once a week.

If you’ve just added a new question or keyword, expect the first visibility signals to appear within a few days. For consistent tracking, check your Question Rankings or AI Search Analysis dashboard after a refresh.

Data may take slightly longer to populate if crawlers haven’t indexed your site yet or if AI responses for your question are still being collected.

If a daily or weekly check is more than a stable site needs, we can switch that account to a monthly refresh. Contact support and ask for monthly. The cadence covers every site on the account. Same platforms, same questions, same reports.
