Scheduled CSV Exports
Get your AI search data delivered to your inbox on a recurring schedule. Scheduled CSV exports let you automate reporting without logging in.
Setting up a scheduled export
For a single site
- Go to the site you want to export data for.
- Click Integrations in the left sidebar.
- Click Scheduled Exports.
- Click New Scheduled Export.
- Fill in the form:
- Email Recipient – the email address where the CSV will be sent
- Export Type – choose from the available report types listed below
- Frequency – Daily or Weekly
- Day of Week – if Weekly, pick which day to send (defaults to your site’s refresh day)
- Click Create Scheduled Export.
For all sites on an account
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Click Scheduled Exports.
- Follow the same steps as above. The export will include data across all sites on the account.
Available export types
- AI Responses Export – full AI responses, citations, and rankings
- AI Search Console Export – how your content appears in AI responses
- Visibility Overview Export – visibility metrics with mention counts and percentages
- Questions Export – question-level mentions, sentiment, and competitor data
- Competitor Visibility Export – which domains appear alongside your site
- Sentiment Export – how AI models portray your site
- Sources Export – which domains are cited when AI mentions your topic
Managing scheduled exports
From the Scheduled Exports page you can:
- Edit an existing export to change the recipient, frequency, or export type
- Send Now to manually trigger an export immediately
- Delete an export you no longer need
How delivery works
- Exports are generated in the background and emailed as a CSV attachment.
- Each CSV includes identifying columns (Account ID, Account Name, Site ID, Site Name) so you can combine exports in tools like Looker Studio or Google Sheets.
- To stop receiving exports, click the Unsubscribe link in any export email.
Tips
- Weekly exports on refresh day are the most common setup – you get fresh data right after your site refreshes.
- Daily exports are useful if you’re tracking fast-moving competitive landscapes.
- You can set up multiple exports with different types going to different recipients – for example, send rankings data to your SEO team and competitor data to your strategy team.
