Visibility Overview Export
The Visibility Overview export provides a high-level view of how often your site is mentioned across AI services for each tracked question.
CSV columns
| Column | Description |

| Account ID | Your account identifier |
| Account Name | Your account name |
| Site ID | The site identifier |
| Site Name | The site name |
| External ID | External reference ID |
| Question | The tracked question |
| Series Tracked | Number of AI series being tracked |
| Mentions | Total number of mentions across all series |
| Percent Mentioned | Percentage of series that mention your site |
| Refresh Date | When the data was collected |
| [Series Name] | One column per AI series showing mention status |
When to use this export
- Getting a quick snapshot of overall AI visibility
- Tracking mention rates over time
- Identifying which questions have the highest or lowest visibility
- Executive-level reporting on AI search presence
