CSV exports are now available on all plans. We’ve removed all restrictions, so data exports are open to all users.

What You Can Export

You can now export all sorts of data as a CSV file, including:

  • Rankings data with visibility and ranking positions across all AI models.
  • Sentiment scores and trends for the questions you’re following.
  • Competitor visibility data for your own analysis.
  • The full list of sources that mention your brand.

Why We Made This Change

Advanced features like API access are still part of higher-tier plans, but basic data export should be available to everyone.

If you’re making custom reports in Excel or Google Sheets, sharing data with your team, or doing offline analysis, you need your data in a format you can use.

Better for Everyone

This update helps teams of all sizes:

  • Starter plans now get full CSV access, so you can dig into your data using the tools you already like.
  • Growth plans can export Knowatoa data and combine it with other marketing numbers.
  • Custom plans can work with data exactly how it fits their workflow.

API Still Available

If you need automated, large-scale access, our API is still there for Professional and Enterprise plans. But for simply pulling data by hand or for quick analysis, you can now download CSVs no matter your plan.

Just find the “Export CSV” button on any data table to get your information. Your AI search visibility data is ready whenever you need it, in the way that works best for you.
