Not every improvement is a new feature. Here’s a roundup of speed, data quality, and bug-fix work from the last couple of months.
Faster pages
The heaviest pages — topic dashboards, citation reports, competitors, and questions — now load in stages: the page shell appears immediately and the data-heavy sections stream in behind it. Combined with a round of query optimization on citation reports and rankings, the slowest pages in the app got dramatically more responsive.
Cleaner citation data
Two data-quality fixes that make citation numbers more trustworthy:
-
www and apex domains are now merged. Previously
www.example.comandexample.comcould be counted as two different domains, splitting a source’s citation count in two. They’re now treated as one. - Page-level citation tracking. Citations are now materialized down to the individual page, which sharpens page-level influence analysis across reports.
Fixes you may have noticed
- Custom date ranges were being ignored on some views, and the dashboard’s competitive visibility and sentiment sections ignored date ranges entirely. Both now respect your selected range.
- AI Mode answer retrieval now works for New Zealand locales.
- Bulk tag assignment on questions works again.
- Team invites no longer error for non-owner team members.
- Deferred page sections could occasionally fail to load, leaving a blank block — fixed.
