New My Team Feature

Managing AI search performance often requires input from technical, content, and social teams. Your technical, development, social media, and content teams can all affect your AI search performance, but until now there hasn’t been an easy way to share your Knowatoa account with them.

We’ve added a new feature to your account that allows you to invite your team to your Knowatoa account.

To invite a team member:

1. Login to your existing Knowatoa account
2. Click your email address in the top right of the navigation bar.
3. Choose “My Team” from the menu options
4. Enter the email addresses of the team members you want to invite.

Note: teams are only available on paid Knowatoa plans.
