A Smoother Setup: Plan-Page Checkout, Competitor Picks, and Clearer Results

• Ryan Castillo

We’ve given the setup flow a serious pass over the last couple of months. If you joined recently you saw these already; here’s what changed for everyone setting up a new site.

Checkout on the plan page

Plan selection and payment used to be separate pages. Trial checkout now sits on the plan page. You see that a card is required before the trial starts, then continue to payment there. You are not charged during the trial.

Pick your competitors deliberately

Competitor selection is a keep flow. We suggest competitors, and you keep the ones that matter, up to three. You can rename one if our label is off. The ones you keep drive gap analysis, so this is a choice instead of a pre-checked list.

See where you’re missing

In your setup results, questions where AI did not mention your brand are marked with a red “not mentioned” label. The gaps are the point, and they stand out from the rest of the list.

A tighter first report

The first report keeps the sections that matter for setup: recommendations, recent AI conversations, and how often competitors show up. Questions where you were not mentioned carry the red label above.

Where to find it

Add a site from your account, or start from the homepage. The first steps after signup are in First Steps.
