Research Hub: Search, Bulk Delete, and Keyword Gap Filters

• Ryan Castillo

The Research page is where suggested questions pile up, and managing a big list was more clicking than it should have been. A batch of upgrades fixes that.

Search your suggested questions

There’s now a search box in the Research filters. Type a word and the list, the counts, and the table all narrow to matching questions — and the search sticks around as you edit or delete so you don’t lose your place.

Bulk delete

Select multiple suggested questions and delete them in one shot instead of one at a time. Great for clearing out a batch of suggestions that don’t fit your business.

Competitor-only keyword gap filter

A Keyword Gap dropdown filters suggestions to competitor-only gaps: questions your competitors get traffic for that you don’t.

When those questions are generated, keywords that are really a competitor’s brand name are left out, so the list stays on searches a buyer would type.

Edit a question and filter by tag

Edit opens the question, then brings you back to the same Research filters. You can also filter the list by tag.

See the original keywords

Questions are generated from keyword data, and sometimes you want to see what’s underneath. A new Show keywords toggle reveals the original keyword under each question. It’s off by default, and your preference is remembered.

Where to find it

Open any topic and go to Research. The filters and the suggested-questions table are covered in Rankings & Research Workflow.
