Track Changes Over Time with Historical Filtering

Michael Buckbee

We’ve added time period filters to all your main reports so you can see how your AI search visibility changes over time and whether your optimization work is paying off.

Where You’ll Find It

You can now find time period filters in these areas:

  • Competitor Visibility: See how often you show up compared to competitors over different periods.
  • Sentiment Analysis: Watch how sentiment changes and trends over time.
  • Sources (Citations): Look at which sources AI responses use during certain timeframes.

Flexible Time Ranges

Pick from these quick options for your analysis:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 Days
  • Last 14 Days
  • Last 30 Days
  • All Time

Or, set your own custom date range to look at specific campaigns, events, or any time period important to your business.

Dramatically Faster Performance

We also made the sources page much faster. It’s now 94% quicker (going from 25 seconds to just 1.6 seconds) when you’re looking at a lot of data. So, you can check your citation data for any time period without waiting around.

Why This Matters

AI search visibility shifts as content, competitor strategies, and AI models change. Historical filtering helps you:

  • Did your content changes get more mentions last week?
  • Are some competitors doing better over the last month?
  • Have the sources mentioning your brand shifted recently?
  • How does this month stack up against last month?

We show you the last 7 days by default so you can see recent activity. But the full history is there whenever you need to dig deeper.
